The Board of Directors welcomes two new directors

General Manager Sylvie Bolduc and Board Chair Martine Paiement are delighted to welcome Cora Stanton and Valérie Monette to the Board of Directors.

Valérie Monette has been appointed Youth Representative for the Laurentides RCM, a position reserved for a member aged 39 years and under. She has been working with businesses in the Laurentians for several years as a development officer for the CIE Laurentides and as a talent acquisition advisor for RH Boulevard’s private sector division. Valérie was also involved on the Board of Directors of CPE les Colibris for seven years, including six as President. “By joining the SADC des Laurentides Board of Directors, not only will I have the opportunity to be more involved with regional businesses, I will also be able to continue contributing my time and knowledge as part of an organization committed to the region’s growth,” says Valérie Monette.

Cora Stanton has been appointed Director representing the Laurentides RCM, replacing Alexandre Lacourse. Founder and partner of Agence Concept C, Cora has over twenty years of experience in the creative field. “I’ve been involved for a number of years in a variety of associations and projects to highlight the strength of our local organizations. My clients appreciate my transparency, integrity and professionalism,” says Cora, who is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Mont-Tremblant Chamber of Commerce, a BNI member and sits on the Cadet Sponsoring Committee, Squadron 716.

Thanks to Alexandre Lacourse

Alexandre joined the Board of Directors in June 2020. Through his experience with the National Bank’s entrepreneurial clientele, Alexandre was keenly aware of challenges faced by businesses and was therefore able to provide the Board of Directors with ideas based on their needs. Martine Paiement, President, the members of the Board of Directors, Sylvie Bolduc, General Manager, and the entire SADC des Laurentides team would like to thank him for his involvement!
