Returnable containers: a sustainable and profitable change

$6 000 in savings in the first year and 20 000 fewer disposable containers every year are the staggering results seen by KOHI Café-torrefacteur after implementing a deposit system for take-out coffee. This small coffee counter in Prévost now serves coffee to-go in returnable glass jars.
