A New Mentor at the SADC des Laurentides Mentorship Unit

It is with great pleasure that we welcome a new mentor to the SADC des Laurentides. André Malépart has joined the mentorship unit for entrepreneurs and is available to support business people in their journey.

André Malépart has a thorough knowledge of the SADC des Laurentides, as it was its door he knocked on over a decade ago. “I could not have started my business and grown it had it not been for the SADC. It was natural for me to get involved and give back to the entrepreneurial community,” he asserts. As a seasoned consultant and entrepreneur, André has spent more than a decade developing the business he started, which has seen significant growth in the Quebec and pan-Canadian market. Although he has managed all aspects of the business, it is in human relations that he has learned the most.

André has the ability to quickly understand the issues and opportunities of different business models. He aims to equip the people he supports to live entrepreneurship daily, helping them distinguish between professional and personal life in order to maintain balance under all circumstances. It is important to him that the business serves to create value and benefit those around it, with the utmost respect for humanity. For him, mentorship is a way to continue thriving and to use his experience to support entrepreneurs as they navigate through their growth phase and other challenges that business development presents.
