Thank You to Two Dedicated Board Members: Claude Charbonneau and Donna Salvati

Following the recent municipal elections, the Board of Directors of the SADC des Laurentides would like to highlight the exceptional contribution of two members whose terms have come to an end: Claude Charbonneau, former mayor of Saint-Adolphe-d’Howard, and Donna Salvati, former mayor of Val-Morin. They have made a meaningful impact on the governance and direction of our organization over the past few years.

Claude Charbonneau

A member of the Board since February 2018, Claude Charbonneau has left a lasting impression through his critical thinking, diligence, and active participation in discussions. Known for his candour, he enriched conversations and contributed meaningfully to the Board’s strategic reflection. His authentic and respectful approach earned him the appreciation of his peers, who recognized in him a deeply committed advocate for local economic development and a strong attachment to his community.

“Throughout his time on the Board, Claude brought a valuable perspective grounded in hands-on experience and municipal insight. His constructive input greatly enhanced the quality of our decisions.”
– Martine Paiement, Chair of the Board of Directors, SADC des Laurentides

Donna Salvati

Joining the Board in September 2024, Donna Salvati, a trained accountant and former mayor of Val-Morin, quickly stood out for her rigour and analytical approach. Though her time with the Board was brief, her contribution was significant. Her clear vision and focus on sound management helped strengthen the financial and strategic discussions of the team.

“Donna distinguished herself with her remarkable diligence and her deep understanding of economic issues. We greatly appreciated her presence, her availability, and her professionalism.”
Martine Paiement, Chair of the Board of Directors, SADC des Laurentides.

A Heartfelt Thank You

The Board of Directors and the entire team at the SADC des Laurentides extend their sincere thanks to Claude Charbonneau and Donna Salvati for their invaluable contribution.
