Labo-Entrepreneur is a training and support centre dedicated to equipping local entrepreneurs.
It has two distinct cohorts: Start-up and Growth.

Fondement Cohort

Labo-Entrepreneur-e is a training, coaching and visibility program for people starting a business. It allows you to acquire essential skills, expand your network and, above all, to be supported by the region’s entrepreneurial ecosystem at the start-up stage of your business.

Who is Labo-Entrepreneur-e Start-Up for?

The Labo-Entrepreneur-e Fondement Program is designed for people who:

  • Have a start-up business (1-3 years old);
  • Whose business is located within the SADC des Laurentides territory;
  • Who want to work on their business model and find tools to increase their chances of success.

 

Fondement Program Content

What sets the Labo-Entrepreneur-e Fondement Program apart is the access it gives you to experts who can help you take a step back from your business project to gain perspective and guide your actions with greater confidence.

The 5th Labo Fondement cohort will launch in fall 2024. Anyone interested can complete the form to receive information about the launch.

Pitch Contest

This contest gives you the opportunity to practice your sales pitch, step out of your comfort zone and boost your confidence. Three Desjardins Entreprises bursaries are awarded to outstanding participants.

 

The Pitch Contest is an opportunity to showcase your company to the general public, who are invited to vote for their favorite pitch.

Labo- Entrepreneur.e

Growth Cohort

The aim of Labo-Growth is to help entrepreneurs with mature businesses to diversify their activities, generate wealth, develop a new project or acquire a new company. Meetings will focus on discussion and problem-solving.

 

Places are limited to 8 entrepreneurs.

Growth Program

The program runs for five months.

Who is Labo-Entrepreneur-e Growth for?

The Labo-Entrepreneur-e Growth Program is designed for:

  • Entrepreneurs who run a profitable business, with sales close to or above $1 million/year;
  • People who want to take their business to the next level, or develop a new business project, and whose company is located on the SADC des Laurentides territory.
Growth Program Content

What sets the Labo-Entrepreneur-e Growth Program apart is the opportunity to take part in a structured problem-solving, exchange and networking group.

 

  • The program consists of five meetings, from December 2024 to April 2025;
  • Maximum 8 participants;
  • Each meeting is led by a facilitator with entrepreneurial experience related to the topic;
  • Participants agree to be challenged and to put their experience to good use;

Labo·Entrepreneur·e Growth Cohort

The first meeting of the Growth Cohort will take place on December 2024.
